Shipping Policy

MGA Shop products are made on demand. Production begins after an order is placed.

Production times and delivery estimates vary by product, destination, shipping method, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Orders may require separate production and shipping time. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MGA Shop is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect customer-provided address.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the customer is responsible for checking the delivery address, mailbox, mailroom, reception desk, parcel locker, building management, neighbors, local post office, or carrier before contacting MGA Shop.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, local delivery restrictions, or events outside our control do not qualify an order for refund.

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refusal to pay customs charges, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package does not qualify the order for a refund.

MGA Shop may ship products from different fulfillment locations depending on product type, availability, and destination. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
