Return and Refund Policy
MGA Shop products are produced on demand. Each item is made specifically after an order is placed. For this reason, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, customer ordering error, delivery delays outside our control, or preference-based reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Your claim must include your order number, clear photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging if applicable, and a brief description of the issue.
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, refund, or store credit at MGA Shop’s discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, submitted after the review window, show signs of use, or do not demonstrate a production or fulfillment error.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received. We are unable to accept claims for items that have been altered, washed, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and checking the delivery address, mailroom, reception desk, parcel locker, building management, neighbors, or local post office. MGA Shop is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Refusal to pay customs charges, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package does not qualify the order for a refund.
Production times and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control do not qualify an order for refund.
